Blakeney Family Practice, PLLC is our primary medical practice, providing core clinical primary care, preventive physicals, chronic condition management, and telehealth services. Family First Wellness operates as a DBA and dedicated wellness division of Blakeney Family Practice, PLLC. While Blakeney Family Practice delivers your direct medical care, Family First Wellness complements that foundation by offering non-clinical support—including mindset coaching, community education, professional consulting, and speaking programs. Together, they create a seamless blend of expert medical care and holistic health empowerment.

Nikita Blakeney-Williams

Primary Provider

Nikita Blakeney-Williams, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of healthcare experience spanning direct patient care, clinical leadership, and advanced nursing practice. Her clinical background includes primary care, chronic disease management, preventive health, geriatric and post-acute care, advanced wound management, and mental wellness support.

Nikita earned her advanced nursing education in family practice and is continuing her graduate-level clinical education in psychiatric-mental health, further strengthening her ability to recognize and address the connection between physical and emotional well-being. Her approach emphasizes early identification, patient education, medication management, prevention, and coordinated care.

As the founder of Blakeney Family Practice, PLLC, Nikita believes healthcare should be personal, practical, and centered on the whole person. She leads with compassion, clinical excellence, and cultural awareness while empowering patients to take an active role in their health. Her philosophy is simple: better health begins with prevention, meaningful relationships, and addressing concerns before they become a crisis.
